Payroll Systems Project Consultant (6m FTC)

Crawley, West Sussex

AdMore are pleased to be partnering with a growing organisation in the Healthcare Services industry. This 6 month FTC will suit candidates with experience of project managing systems integrations (payroll and HR) and are immediately available to start a new role.

The key responsibilities of the Payroll Systems Project Consultant:

  • Assist with payroll and HR duties as required during the HR upgrade and integration
  • Create and lead the delivery of payroll inputs into the HRS
  • Manage day to day activities relation to the project delivery with the HRS project lead
  • Troubleshoot data upload and integration process
  • Work alongside the Payroll and HR to review and build new processes and initiate change
  • Identify & mitigate potential risks
  • Manage implementation of automated link between HRS and payroll provider
  • Provide effective communication across business functions and third parties
  • Produce strong and meaningful report data to aid project roll out and analysis for post roll out
  • Provide ongoing training and support to operational staff, including delivery of training documentation

Profile:

  • Previous experience managing payroll and HR systems projects
  • Be well organised with a good attention to detail
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in Excel and other software
  • Ability to communicate successfully with other responsible parties
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic business
