Payroll Manager - South West London - up to £40k

A growing business. A unique concept. A vibrant company culture. Our client is an growing retail/hospitality business who are looking for a passionate and creative Payroll Manager to join their team at their Head Office in London.

Responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for maintaining and delivering an accurate, efficient and effective payroll service, with timely and accurate operations between internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring the accurate processing of payroll (including joiners, leavers etc) ensuring full compliance with HMRC and other relevant legislation.

Generation and Analysis of regular and ad-hoc payroll reporting.

You will be experienced in managing and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working to tight deadlines.

You will ideally have experience in administering and maintaining Employee Expenses, Pensions and Benefits.

You will be comfortable working across multiple projects and have the ability to offer solutions to situations as they arise.

You will pro-actively stay up to date with professional and industry standards, regulations and legislation.

What does the role offer?

A salary up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
