Operations Manager - Hospitality / Leisure - up to £70,000 Car package - London

I'm looking to speak to Area Managers from a Hospitality or Leisure or Venues background! You will need to like getting your hands dirty and be very hands on. This is a role for someone ambitious and resilient who is passionate about the leisure industry.

So what does the role involve?

  • You will need to build and manage the relationships with your General Managers and work alongside them to support and develop the businesses, as well as open new businesses and concepts.

  • The Operations Manager key responsibilities are to provide support and guidance to the partners to maximise the profit and opportunity of every outlet for both the partners and business.

  • You will be consultative in their approach, and support the partner looking at every part of their business to ensure they are set up for success.

  • You will need to deliver operational excellence in everything they do both externally and internally.

  • As the Operations Manager will influence through guiding and motivating the stakeholders to deliver exceptional standards and continuous growth.
