Central London - Hospitality up to £45,000 package
Our Client is a diverse and rapidly expanding hospitality brand with ambitious plans for future growth. Doing things differently and going against the grain, in a market place that appears to be becoming more and more homogenised with each passing day, is a key part of their ethos.
What does the positions involve?
As Area Manager, you will be accountable for the operational excellence, implementation of process and business execution across the entire business.
You will oversee the ongoing operation of the stores ensuring the highest standards and customer experience are delivered on and are maintained and that sales revenue targets are achieved.
You will lead and galvanise a group of commercial minded managers to adopt company best practice while continuing to deliver the great day to day offering for the customers
You will drive through changes within the business, implementing commercial procedures and standards to drive the ongoing performance of the business
You will help turn-around under-performing stores and take accountability for identifying new sites for the future growth strategy.
You will implement the key business focus in a forward-thinking, flexible and innovative way.
What skills are required?
You will have a proven track record at multi-site management level within the hospitality sector and you will be looking for an opportunity to move into a growing business where you can have a commercial impact and grow a team
With a career to date within the hospitality sector you will be a top performer and frustrated with the current 'glass ceiling' or lack of career opportunities where you are and be ready to progress to a more senior position.
You will have worked in branded environments and understands the benefits of standardisation of policy and process however you will have never have you're your commercial edge and the energy your draw from working in the grey.
You will be entrepreneurial, highly commercial and results driven with strong analytical skills.
You will relish ambiguity and the challenge that comes with not knowing what each day will bring
With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
Above all you will have a sense of humour, have a cracking personality and a natural leaning to being nice
