Are looking to join a business who have been a huge success over the past five years having driven a greater market share and who are now entering the next exciting phase of their growth?

Our client is looking to recruit an Operations Director who will be accountable for the execution and delivery of service and standards at the forefront of the industry. With numerous future site openings planned the role will continue to grow rapidly in stature.

The Role

This is a very demanding and yet exciting role that is absolutely instrumental in driving, shaping and growing the culture of the business to ensure that the vision is bought to fruition. As an Operations Director you will be instrumental in delivering the vision with considerable autonomy to drive further innovation and change through the business.


Our client is particularly keen to see senior level candidates who are warm, open, friendly, engaging, grounded, driven, entrepreneurial, self-starters with a likeability factor and above all the ability manage in a rapidly growing organisation.

Experience of scaling up a business or a similar function within another business will be beneficial as well as natural leadership skills and the ability to create calm. This is a demanding, fast paced, dynamic, environment and the successful candidate needs to embrace this culture and thrive within it.
