Online Merchandiser - South West (hybrid working)

Up to £35,000

Would you like to work for a fast growing multi channel retailer? Our client is a well-known multi product retailer offering Home, DIY and Garden products from a wide range of brands to their customers. They offer a highly competitive package including a pension plan, which is one if the best in the industry.

This is a great opportunity for a web/online merchandiser or e-commerce merchandiser with experience working for a well known online retail business is hiring across their teams to support with big plans for 2022.

So what does this role as Online Merchandiser involve?

  • You will have category responsibility and strive to improve the customer experience, grow sales and increase conversions.
  • You will gain understanding how our customers shop online, translating the merchandising strategy and managing the day-to-day merchandising operations to drive growth.
  • You will execute trade plans and reporting at weekly trading meetings to ensure sales are in line with the merchandising strategy.
  • You will be controlling on and off-site optimisation, as well as reviewing paid campaigns, brand and category landing pages.
  • You will capture lessons learnt and set up historical analysis.
  • You will keep yourself fully updated with competitor's activity and value proposition and highlight any risk to business performance and provide web data and competition analysis to the buying teams.

This position would be a mix of office and remote working based. The offices are commutable from Weymouth, Salisbury, Taunton and Mendip Hills areas.
