Our client is a growing food retail business based in Liverpool that is looking for a Personal assistant to the Finance Director and additional support within the Office team.
General office management- This includes the monitoring and reviewing of mail, telephone calls, office meetings and holiday management. Ensuring all tasks are in line with current legislation
Personal Assistant to Finance Director - Managing and organising diary, personal meetings and all communications. Work alongside other PA/s to ensure coordination for relevant planning/meetings.
Lead and manage direct reports; holding relevant 1:1s and team meetings. Ensure a two-way communication between the office and wider business. Support and coach team to deliver objectives and roles.
Cash management in office and support of wider business finances.
Operational support within office and wider business.
What do you need to succeed?
Passion and optimism in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Windows and Office Software
Experience in managing performance and delivering results through teams; in particular how to lead a high performing team.
Ability to work in an organised manner
Trustworthy with confidential information with the ability to be discreet when required.
Effective and impactful verbal and written communication
Comfortable with change and ability to adapt when required
Excellent internal stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a HR team in hospitality or retail
