Area Development Chef

Do you have a strong understanding and great experience in the branded restaurant sector?

Are you an outgoing, confident Area Development Chef or Head Chef, who can manage, train and inspire a team to deliver amazing food.

Our client is a large and exciting Restaurant Brand, offering the very best in product quality, whilst delivering great service, quality and value for money to their customers.

So what does the role involve?

• You will be involved in menu development and opening new sites

• You will be a member of the wider management team

• Having authority and autonomy to flex your expertise to the max

• Spotting talent and developing your team

• Improving stock management and wastage control

• Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and H&S

What qualities do you need to be successful in this role?

• You will already be in a Area Development Chef or Head Chef role but want to take your skills to the next level

• You will be a proactive and hands on role model

• You want to have an input into the wider running on the restaurant

• You are creative and have some incredible ideas to deliver a fantastic dining experience for guests
