Mobility Manager - North West London - up to £45k package

A household name. A vast range of products. A vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and creative Reward Analyst to join their team at their Head Office in London.

I have met the line manager who made me feel welcome and part of the team straight away. She is looking for someone who is comfortable coming up with new ideas, being creative and is able to use flare with autonomy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a project team with a business that is going through a transformational project.

  • You will be responsible for managing the end to end mobility process and the movement of employees through the business as part of Project and BAU work.

  • You will facilitate, assess and manage business moves, managing all logistical aspects and analysing implications to the employee and the business. Ensuring that all relevant changes are reflected in systems and reporting in a timely manner.

  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with global mobility partners across the business to ensure alignment of practices (e.g. re locations, pay, transportation, tax, legislation etc.).

  • You will work closely with internally and external stakeholders on the completion of business tax returns.

  • Ensuring that all accessible mobility processes, procedures and handbooks are up to date as per current strategy and legislation/regulations.

  • You will have experience in a UK or Global Mobility Management role, ideally within a transformation/project environment.

  • You will be comfortable guiding employees through the mobility process, maintaining contact from end to end.

  • You will be experienced in managing and maintaining close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working to tight deadlines.

  • You will pro-actively ensure you are up to date with professional and industry standards, regulations and legislation.

What does the role offer?
