This role, as a Luxury Retail Customer Service Manager, will be one of the first appointments at this level. Right at the start of the journey. The role will involve building long-term relationships with customers, this is not a transactional opportunity! You will need to use your strong communication skills as well as your ability to prioritise and solve problems as they arise to move the business forward.
