Our client has been a huge success over the past five years driving greater market share and aiming to be a dominant force in their sector as they stand on the cusp of an incredibly exciting next phase of growth.

Our client is looking to recruit a Director of Operations based in the UK to own the UK and European portfolio and execute a delivery of service and standards in line with the vision of 'best place to work'. With numerous future site openings planned the role will continue to grow rapidly in stature.

The Role

This is a very demanding and yet exciting role that is absolutely instrumental in driving, shaping and growing the culture of the business to ensure that the vision is bought to fruition. As a Director of Operations you will be instrumental in looking at every employee touch point and making sure that best in class. You will have significant latitude and autonomy to deliver on this vision coupled with very close scrutiny on how this is being bought to life, lived and breathed day in day out.


Our client is particularly keen to see senior level candidates who are warm, open, friendly, engaging, grounded, driven, non-political, entrepreneurial, self-starters with a likeability factor and above all the ability to 'navigate through chaos' in a rapidly growing organisation.
