Lakeside - up to £26k - Retail

Are you a Manager with retail experience looking for a brand new opportunity with a growing business in retail?

What does the role of Manager - Retailer involve?

  • You will motivate and lead your team, training and developing them as well as taking into consideration their input to help drive team performance.

  • Take ownership of your team's financial goals and actively help your team to achieve KPIs and targets.

  • As the manager you will live and breathe the company values and lead by example to the rest of your team.

  • You will ensure store departments have team members readily available to assist customers and offer relevant knowledge of products on offer.

What qualities do you need to be successful?

  • You will have experience in retail.

  • You will be a well organised person with good time management.

  • You are an enthusiastic leader with great communications skills and a proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team.

  • You will have a strong understanding of the key principles of the shopping experience and customer's expectations.
