Head of Recruitment - Growing Retailer - up to £60,000 - London
Are you an inspirational leader with a proven track record as a Head of Recruitment? Are you a strong communicator and looking for an exciting step in your career?
More than a Head of Recruitment role, you will be heavily involved in:
Talent attraction - Making sure that future best talent understand the opportunity and development they will gain
Talent retention - Creative planning in order to make employees stretched and eager to learn
A lot of autonomy to create succession planning for the business and developing the best talent
You will have responsibility for managing external agency relationships, agreeing preferred supplier lists and ensuring line managers are following best practice.
What qualities will you need to be successful as a Head of Recruitment
You will be extremely energetic and very hands on and have branded Retail and Property experience
With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at developing new practice and procedures.
Experience of in-house recruitment is essential for this opportunity particularly in the tech world as well as retail
You will need to have experience making your department more efficient with technology solutions, be very keen on the digital world.
