**E-Commerce Assistant - Surrey - £24,000**
Fancy working for an extremely popular UK brand? The purpose of this E-Commerce Assistant role is to maintain content on the website to a consistently high level and assist with email campaigns. You will also manage the department's day-to-day operations ensuring excellent customer care and an efficient service to customers.
Key Accountabilities of this E-Commerce Assistant role:
Through a CMS system manage the content to a high standard, writing copy, sourcing and editing images to ensure customers are engaged and inspired, therefore maximising online sales.
To use reporting tools to help identify changes and improvements
To assist with the retail customer email programme, building emails and analysing results.
Delivering agreed income budgets and standards with strong cross team cooperation's at all times.
To lead, engage and motivate the Mail Order & Online operational team to deliver excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery.
Responsibility for recruitment and induction of new staff members
Knowledge, skills and traits required:
Knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
Knowledge of websites and CMS systems
Knowledge of Campaign Monitor, or other email systems
Experience of writing and evaluating copy
