Up to £35,000

Would you like to work for a fast growing online fashion and home retail business? Our client are a well known retailer offering womenswear, menswear and homewares products from a wide range of brands to their customers.

This is a great opportunity for an assistant merchandiser with experience working for an e-commerce business or an assistant online category manager. This growing business is hiring across their teams to support with big plans for 2022.

So what does this role as Assistant Category Manager involve?

  • You will support the Trading Manager in creating the product strategy and execute the trading calendar of your category
  • You will conduct departmental and brand analysis and track KPIs as required and show initiative by recommending actions to drive GMV
  • You will be responsible for running line cards on key lines, highlighting risk and opportunity
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team, the VM/merchandising team, the Design Team to drive GMV and conversion as required by your Trading Manager.
  • You will capture lessons learnt and set up historical analysis
  • You will keep yourself fully updated with competitor's activity and value proposition and highlight any risk to business performance
