Learning and Development Manager - London - Growing Business- up to £55,000

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Manager?

  • Developing Training Program Plans for "Succession" and "Development Programs" to retain the best talent in the business from scratch

  • Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organisation's mission and vision

  • Responsible for engagement activities while ensuring employee satisfaction

  • Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations

  • You will work closely with the HR Director to understand needs for the business

This role is genuinely not for the faint hearted and you must have gained experience in the hospitality industry and be willing to put yourself 'out there' to be counted and to develop your career further.
