What will you be doing as a Learning & Development Manager?
Developing Training Program Plans for "Succession" and "Development Programs" to retain the best talent in the business
You will need to be very innovative and creative on how you will approach this fresh challenge
Change and strategy are key as you will have experience dealing with e-learning, using different digital systems and learning channels
Responsible for engagement activities while ensuring employee satisfaction
Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations
You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager on diverse projects
