IT Coordinator - West London - up to £30k

Our client is a well-known and growing international hospitality business, they are now looking to bring in an IT Coordinator to support the growth plans. The role of the IT Support Coordinator will be a part of the IT Team working in providing technical assistant and support to all centres on windows desktop environment.

Key responsibilities of this I.T. Coordinator role include:
  • Coordinating IT projects including budget proposals, project planning & scheduling, documentation and follow-up for hotels
  • Acting as the single point of contact for your portfolio in the Digital & Technology organisation
  • Implementation of new hardware and software solutions, upgrades & testing whilst documenting the full change management process
  • Provision of second and third level support to internal and external helpdesks
  • Creating documentation for any new procedures or release of IT solutions
  • Audit of IT installations - for hardware, software and company standard
  • Setup of networks, servers, workstations and laptops when necessary
  • Logging and maintaining all operations and support information in in-house ticketing system

Knowledge & Experience required for this I.T. Coordinator role:

  • Working knowledge of corporate IT setups and machines in a Windows domain is a must
  • Experience of MS Windows 7/10 installation and maintenance and MS Office 2010/2013/2016 including Outlook
  • Working experience of Office 365 Client Setup is preferable
  • CCNA or working experience in windows networking / TCPIP
  • Installing and Managing ADSL routers, Wi-Fi networks setup and management.
  • Oracle Hospitality - Micros POS / Opera
  • Excellent attention to detail with good communication skills
  • Familiarity with Hospitality software (Micros-Fidelio Opera PMS, 3700 POS) is desirable.
