If you want to join a business where you're trusted to be autonomous to lead YOUR team YOUR way, great!!! YOU, as the Inventory Manager, will be the driving force behind the Inventory processes for this business which is already investing heavily internally.
So what will the key responsibilities be in this role as Inventory Manager?
Working to Key Performance Indicators including -100% stock file accuracy, labour productivity, and all stock put away within 48 hours of arrival.
Providing weekly inbound labour and warehouse space forecasts and requirements to ensure the space is fully prepared to efficiently receive stock and accurately locate it in the appropriate space.
Working with the Quality Control team to ensure space and preparation is efficiently maximised.
Ensuring all goods receiving documentation is accurate and booked onto the stock system in a timeley manner.
Providing supplier perfomance data for the purchasing team.
Performing perpetual inventory counts as per the schedule, ensuring all discrepancies are fully investigated, resolved and accounted for.
Full accountability for the accuracy of the stock file and the timeley resolution of all stock queries. This includes the authorisation process and activity of journalling off stock.
