Interim Marketing Manager (8 Month FTC)

Have you managed people? Have you brand marketing knowledge? This role would be looking after the work flow of the in house graphic designers and ensuring the content team are on track with the right brand proposition and meeting deadlines.
This role has 4 direct reports, so managing people and process is key and will take up the bulk of the role (traffic managing aspect of studio). A third of the role is about creativity and branding. Experience is a must in this role, as this is a big responsibility and efficiency is vital.
Effectively manage budgets allocated for the roles remit; raise PO's, check invoices and actively support the Marketing Planning Manager on budget reconciliation & forecasting
Continuously look for ways to be more effective & save money
Lead the in-house team of Graphic designers to take on the majority of operational creative plus adhoc projects.
Traffic manage the work through studio by checking briefs and creative going back to stakeholders to make sure that it is on brand and hits brief
Establish the most cost effective model by which we still use a Strategic branding agency partner and artworking services through ITG & others
Lead the campaign creative development, from briefing to issuing and feedback on each campaign
Production of channel neutral content that supports our brand pillars of Inspirational, Expert and Personal (video, photography, copy)
Oversee the translation services for the business. Maintain the translations glossary.
Regularly review the content strategy to ensure we are continuing to meet our objectives, support the business and our stakeholders
Lead on the blog strategy to support the overall content strategy and provide support to the Marketing Content Coordinator's on plans and execution of the blog as a channel
