We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team on a part-time (permanent or contract basis) to provide in-house recruitment support for our growing team. When recruiting for AdMore, we look for the key behaviours which we know make a great recruiter however also need to find people who share our values and our quality-based approach to recruitment. Finding the right people is key to our continued growth and so this is an opportunity to really make a difference.
This is an ideal opportunity for a 360 recruiter (or resourcer) who doesn't want to continue in an agency billing role or needs to build their confidence again before returning to work full-time - I have been there and I know that it can be a challenging transition!
We are a small team with a fun, supportive culture so this role offers the opportunity to leave the little one in safe hands and get some adult company again in addition to getting in-house recruitment experience!
I am happy to negotiate working pattern and hours so this could easily be tailored around nursery/school drop off and pick up times.
