You will be an existing HR business partner looking for a new job within a growing business that is as people orientated as you are.
You will need to be a motivated person who is willing to learn from an existing and experienced team. This business is big on culture and is looking for someone who is approachable and friendly and mirrors their values.
No two days will be the same in this business. One day you may be working from home or based in head office with the rest of the week being out in the field supporting store managers with the implementation of policies and procedures.
This business is all about its people and is going through a culture change programme. As Human Resources Business Partner you can support this change in a real and tangible way building relationships with the operations team across the business. The business has dynamic plans for next year aiming to grow their store portfolio by double digits!
A background in retail or hospitality operations is preferable but not essential as you will need to be able to make commercial decisions ensuring teams are well equipped to drive revenue and growth even further!
Additionally, multi-site business experience is essential as you will be partnered with store managers to promote HR best practice across the region.
