Regional HR Business Partner, London , up to £60'000 Package- Travel Required
These kind of opportunities don't come along very often! Our client has enjoyed rapid growth over the past 18 months in an industry that is poised for continuous growth over the next 5 years.
This role will offer the opportunity for an energetic and driven Regional HR Business Partner to make a difference to every member of the team. You'll mix up getting your hands dirty writing a JD at 10am with writing a three year strategic succession plan 10.30am. You'll support the Director and advise the Field Managers just after lunch and then manage an ER issue just before tea. You'll get autonomy and you'll get to do all the lovely glossy stuff that every aspiring HR Business Partner yearns to do. The Retail Director wants an operator's mindset, somebody that will think commercially and whom sees the HR function as being there to increase revenues and decrease costs.
What will you be focusing on as the Regional HR Business Partner?
Support in recruitment and talent management within the organisation, proactively searching for future talent and building a pipeline for growth.
You will focus on induction programmes, engagement and retention.
Providing quality L&D programmes for new starters and board directors.
So what qualities will you need to be successful in this role?
I hate using the word passionate, but that's what you'll be, to qualify; that means demonstrable energy levels, calm under pressure but clearly excited to go to work every day. People will describe you as passionate because you get things done ahead of schedule, you are vocal about HR and it's importance to a successful business, you engage all stakeholders and when you are in a room people smile a little bit more.
