HR Advisor - Windermere - 12 months fixed term contract!

Are you currently an HR Advisor within Retail looking for your next challenge? If you are looking to join a fast paced environment where you will be able to develop yourself, then read on!

This opportunity is based in Windermere for a 12 months contract initially.

As an HR Advisor

  • You will contribute to the employee relations by supporting and developing other members of your team

  • You will provide strong pragmatic and consistent advice and services to manager

  • You will maintain and continue to build internal relationships in order to be a trusted partner in the company and grow with your team

  • You will ensure that all part of HR legislation such as compliance is up to date as well as applied

  • You will work on different projects assisting Operations to move the business forward

What qualities will you need for that role?

  • You will be an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be part of a growing and fast paced environment

  • You will have experience in HR Administration, HR Advisory and will have handled disciplinary and grievance cases in your career

  • You will also have experience in taking ownership by making difficult decision and would feel confident influencing and provide guidance around you.
