HR Advisor - Windermere - 12 months fixed term contract!

This opportunity is based in Windermere for a 12 months contract initially.
As an HR Advisor
You will contribute to the employee relations by supporting and developing other members of your team
You will provide strong pragmatic and consistent advice and services to manager
You will maintain and continue to build internal relationships in order to be a trusted partner in the company and grow with your team
You will ensure that all part of HR legislation such as compliance is up to date as well as applied
You will work on different projects assisting Operations to move the business forward
What qualities will you need for that role?
You will be an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be part of a growing and fast paced environment
You will have experience in HR Administration, HR Advisory and will have handled disciplinary and grievance cases in your career
You will also have experience in taking ownership by making difficult decision and would feel confident influencing and provide guidance around you.
