Head of Talent - Growing Restaurant Business - up to £50,000 - London

The business is in a phase of real growth and need the best talent to join their office. Energy and pace is crucial! They need a Head of Recruitment in London who will be able to work in a very fast pace environment and be very hands on.
More than a Head of Talent role, you will be heavily involved in:
Talent attraction - Making sure that future best talent understand the opportunity and development they will gain
Talent retention - Creative planning in order to make employees stretched and eager to learn
A lot of autonomy to create succession planning for the business and developing the best talent
You will have responsibility for managing external agency relationships, agreeing preferred supplier lists and ensuring line managers are following best practice.
You will need to understand how to make the business more efficient when it comes to digital solutions, potential new ATS systems etc
What qualities will you need to be successful as a Head of Talent?
You will be extremely energetic and very hands on and have branded Retail or Hospitality experience
With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at developing new practice and procedures.
Experience of in-house recruitment is essential for this opportunity
You will need to have experience making your department more efficient with technology solutions, be very keen on the digital world (new ATS system needed?)
