Head of Sales, Nationwide Travel, up to £60,000 great bonus & progression!
This role will required you to be in London / Slough twice a week and then in the field but you could be based in Birmingham if that is where you live.
Selling to SMEs? Selling to start up? B2B sales environment? This should have no secrets for you. This is a very exciting new role created in a growing business. You will know the product as they are everywhere in the world and you will probably want to be associated with the brand.
Integrity, trust and autonomy is crucial for the senior leadership team and you will be working with a very lively and interested people. You could call this business a start-up but they have already shown so much growth in the last 2 years that you will want to be a part of it!
They hire ambitious and driven people, being curious and have very strong ethics is as important as doing the job properly for this business.
This is not a pure head of sales opportunity as you will need to be more strategic and commercial than actually "selling".
As a Head of Sales, you will have experience in B2B hardware sales or B2B Retail sales. You will love creating business plan, looking at opportunity for the next years and be VERY hands on!
You will build your own team, exciting right? 2 people are in place but the business want to grow the team and they want YOU to do this.
