**Head of Marketing (Leisure & Hospitality) - Milton Keynes - £60,000 / £65,000**

Our client is a hugely popular and growing UK business, they're a unique player in the market and they have a broad range of products/activities on offer to their customers. They're now looking to bring in a Head of Marketing (which sits on the Executive board) to develop and implement a compelling marketing strategy to support the growth plans.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3-years' experience as a head of department within the leisure and sport, hospitality or related industry

  • Excellent creative briefing and agency management skills.

  • Extensive customer insights experience is essential.

  • Ability to balance digital and traditional channels to deliver successful campaigns targeting the right audience.

  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail.

  • A proven ability to develop and control budgets.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing (Leisure & Hospitality):

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and support long-term ambitions

  • Devise and implement relevant KPIs to measure success and focus decision-making.

  • Lead a dedicated marketing team.

  • Be the voice of the customer

    • Champion excellent customer experience

    • Build an in-depth understanding of customer profiles, preferences and habits.

    • Manage all customer feedback channels and ensure the business responds to learnings.

  • Create a new digital strategy. Drive online advance sales.

  • Develop new event driven programmes to enhance the customer experience and drive footfall.

  • Build campaigns based on customer insight, market data and sales analysis.
