Job Description

Head of HR - Growing Hospitality Business! Up to £70k - London

Our Client is a Hospitality Business in a phase of real growth and need the best talent to join their team. Energy and pace is crucial as well as working in an autonomous way!
If you currently are a Head of HR or a Senior HRBP with a branded Hospitality brand (QSR, Restaurants) and are looking for a new opportunity where you will be able to work in a very fast pace environment then I would love to hear from you!

As the Head of HR you will:

  • Support with the Development and implementation of national people strategy
  • Work with the Senior Operations Team to ensure there is a robust talent and succession plan covering all business brands
  • Leadership and management of a team of HRBP
  • Evaluating and improving the impact of all strategic and local initiatives with the business
  • Working closely with the people leadership team and international people partners to create a consistent approach to employee relations

This role is genuinely not for the faint hearted and you must have gained experience in the sales or retail industry and be willing to put yourself 'out there' to be counted and to develop your career further.
