Responsible for leading the digital marketing department. Fully accountable for leading and owning the digital presence of the business.
Demonstrate commercial acumen and to build capacity within your team as one of our key aims is to broaden our impact through digital delivery. Able to provide strategic advice to leadership teams and senior management on digital outputs and contribute to company-wide initiatives and development activities at a senior level. Be instrumental in helping to shape the ecommerce strategy for the business, defining the vision and supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, with a focus on driving E-tail & E-commerce.

Lead digital transformation - "digitalising" property management furnishing solutions.
Drive an "E-tail for property professionals" revenue channel through Shopify Plus.
Support with employee and customer focused digital engagement projects.
Lead the vision and implementation of our new digital platforms, demonstrating innovation, whilst maximising conversion & ROI.
Lead the development of roadmaps to build market leading customer experiences.
Maximise the potential of social media to "educate and entertain" our target audience(s).
Lead the "humanisation" of the brand, bringing to life the personalities that make the business a special company.
Identify customer pain points and work with the Design & Marketing teams to develop concepts to solve this.
Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects / initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
Lead end-to-end digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management required to improve, implement, and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
Lead GDPR and data protection compliance, alongside external IT support.

Develop on-going plans for delivery activities and manage any allocated resources to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks
Oversee the financial aspects of the team including purchasing, budgeting & budget review
Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including person centred design, prototyping and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment.
Significant experience working with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and software vendors.
