Head of Business Development - Midlands (Redditch) / Northern Home Counties - up to £40k

Are you currently a Head of Sales/Area Sales Manager for a branded retailer looking for a change of career? Or maybe you are already working in the Apprenticeships sector as Business Development manager and wants a new challenge?

We are a growing business looking for an ambitious Head of Sales in Birmingham to join our team. If you have strong influencing skills and enjoy business development then please read on!

What does the role involve?

As Head of Business Development Manager:

  • You will lead and motivate a team of Sales Manager across different contracts

  • You will work and influence internal and external stakeholders and keep on-going relationships with them

  • You will actively seek new businesses in order to develop new network in the company

  • You will ensure that both business development's target and performance management of your team is achieved

What qualities will you need?

As the Head of Business Development you will:

  • Have experience managing and developing people either in the Apprenticeships sector or with a branded retailer as a Area Sales Manager, Area Manager or Business Development.

  • Have worked in business development and have a proven track records of gaining new stakeholders

  • Thrive in a high pace environment and live influencing/negotiating at board level

  • Want to contribute to the Welfare of the country and make a difference in people's life
