100% customer service and care is crucial for the business and this particular Home. You will need to have worked in a luxurious environment and have achieved outstanding service. You will be dealing with investors and different stakeholders. You don't need to be CQC registered as the training will be provided. However, having worked in a Care Home business will be a must, especially at a senior level.
