So are you an experienced Facilities Manager who can understand business needs, problem-solve, bring innovation, have a commercial way of thinking and deliver facilities solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective?
As the Facilities Manager you will play an integral part in leading and managing all aspects of the facilities compliance including maintenance and support of the business, Health and Safety and the Environment infrastructure and culture, performing a key role in the development policy.
You will be responsible for leading facilities projects and negotiating all facilities commercial contracts as well as the project management of the development and operation of the business continuity plan.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager
IOSH or CM IOSH qualified
Commercially H&S and Environmental related legislation
Excellent communication and internal relationship building skills
Experience of managing building and plant maintenance and repair
