This is an Employee Relations Advisor role, supporting the People Manager in all things ER (employee relations) and admin based. Working alongside a number of teams all helping to support one another, you will also be expected to share your knowledge and experience; not only in HR queries but also in Fourth software to help train new starters and support existing team members.

This is your chance to be a part of a supportive and caring team, in a role that is different to most Employee Relations Advisor positions as you will get to be out in the field visiting sites influencing and resolving using your previous experience.
This business is moving at a million miles an hour and you will be comfortable at multitasking and juggling a number of tasks at any one time. You will need to be full of energy in a buzzing environment, as well as being excited about what you need to do to succeed in this team!
You MUST have experience in 'Fourth' (hospitality software) to be considered for this role.
You will ideally have CIPD level 5 and have experience in or knowledge of a variety of ER cases.
You will be happy to support with administration as well as ER and general queries.
