This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to join a growing hospitality business.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Look after a multi-brand online merchandising strategy and serve as the key point of contact for your areas of ownership, locally as well as with Central for Global campaigns
Oversea promotional calendar, and coordinate with brands, marketing, loyalty, email, affiliate manager and all other relevant channel owners to ensure a holistic approach to cross-channel campaigns.
Liaise with revenue management, e-commerce and marketing teams to build offers on the business websites according to business needs.
Work with Central and other International Merchandising team to promote brands internationally.
Regular analysis post campaigns to report on homepage and offer performances. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Driving continuous campaign improvement through meaningful testing and evaluations across all activities, to learn and optimise activity against agreed KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion and cost per acquisition).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must have relevant eCommerce experience in a commercial trading or online merchandising role
Proven track report of working in complex organisation managing multiple website and languages
Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
Proven ability to work autonomously
Excellent management and organisation skills
Proven track record of using Web Analytics tools
Speaking French, Dutch or Swedish desirable but not essential
