Ecommerce & Delivery Operations Manager

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and ambitious operator with experience of ecommerce, delivery/ takeaway and operations within Hospitality! Working with the Ecommerce and Operational teams to manage the customer journey, touch points and service from point of purchase through to delivery.
What will this role Ecommerce & Delivery Operations Manager involve?
Working with operations team to uphold exceptional service through each stage of the online experience
Running, evaluating and refining all Ecommerce productions and services
Forecasting trends to ensure smooth online experiences
Analysing data (sales, ordering, customer feedback) to identify opportunities to maximise growth
Contributing to the wider success of the business
