Ecommerce Account Manager - Europe (Germany,France, Spain, Italy)

£50,000 £65,000 plus bonus

Birmingham - but offering flexible working / working from home

Our client offers a range of creative and beautiful homewares products that are not only unique but stunning based in Birmingham. They are now looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager - Europe Accounts including Amazon to join their fantastic team! This role offer huge opportunity and a bonus!

So what does this Ecommerce Account Manager - Europe Accounts role involve?

To manage and develop strategic customer account with Amazon Europe (Germany,France, Spain, Italy), maximising all sales opportunities with full responsibilty for achieving sales budgets. Working with the overall group sales strategy.

Maximise profit

Assist in the preparation of budgets, sales and profit targets.

Develop and implement effective business strategies to ensure that current and future business opportunities are maximised to provide optimum profitability.

Monitor performance against plan, taking appropriate action to maximise sales and profit, reduce stockholding whilst increasing stock turn.

Identify market size and new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability.

Maintain and grow customer margins.

Ensure brand values are maintained whilst achieving the above

Planning

Build and maintain existing customer relationships ensuring high levels of customer service.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of available product range in order to confidently market and ensure appropriate product placement. Ensure all activities are coordinated to maximise sales during key events with awareness of competitor activity.

Manage People

Lead, manage and motivate team and customer on a day to day basis. Identify training needs and ensure these are met. Set objectives and conduct performance reviews.

Communication

Participate in regular team meetings to review sales performance and agree team priorities. Ensure effective communication to all levels both internally and externally.

Team work

Contribute to an effective and motivational team environment. Support training and development activities, ensuring all performance assessments are completed to enable individuals to achieve business and personal development goals.

What qualities will you need for this Ecommerce Account Manager role?

Minimum of three years in B2B national accounts experience of pureplay online sector. Ideally in Houseware and Giftware, but experience in comparable industries also considered with regard to high SKU counts.

Ideally German speaking.

Well versed in ecomm analysis techniques and the use of 3P tools to support the strategy (OCR, Profitero etc).

Brand management within the online sector across multiple customers.
