E-Commerce Performance Manager - West London - up to £48k

If you are a analytical, strategic and commercial individual with extensive E-Commerce marketing experience within travel or hospitality - THIS is the role for you!

Our client is a well-known and growing international hospitality business, they are now looking to bring in a E-Commerce Performance Manager to develop and implement a compelling marketing strategy to support the growth plans.

Key responsibilities of this E-commerce Performance Manager role include:

  • Reporting analysis on a daily and weekly basis, including sessions, conversion, volumes, margins and take prompt action to continually improve performance.
  • Working collaboratively across the business with key internal stakeholders within Revenue Management, Marketing and E-commerce.
  • Participate and contribute to weekly trading meetings, and lead the meeting when needed
  • Report on business performance for the group providing in-depth insight and analysis highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Management and optimisation of web budgets ensuring spend is delivering positive ROI and within budget spends
  • Develop and obtain support for business plans, strategies and selling new E-commerce products by influencing cross-functional management and keeping benchmarking against competitor on a regular basis
  • Accountable for Acquisition levers (Web direct, SEA, Metasearch, Affiliates, App)
  • Manage a team of 2

Knowledge & Experience required for this E-commerce Performance Manager role:

  • Must have relevant E-Commerce experience in either PPC or Affiliate Marketing in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Senior experience in managing & providing strategic vision for a large ecommerce site
  • Knowledge of web channels, and experience in trading a high value website
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with a data driven, results-orientated approach
  • Able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • French, Dutch or Swedish speaking is desirable but not essential.
