E-commerce Customer Experience Manager

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to work for a global retail business that has their UK HQ near Reading. This business has been outperforming its competitors and growing through investment in their digital teams.

They are now looking for an experienced User Experience Manager to manage a team of 4 made up of developers and UX/UI designer to improve the customer journey across their D2C website.

As E-commerce Customer Experience Manager you will:

  • Owning the end to end customer journey across all their European websites. This will include customer flow and online UX, online UI & design elements, identification and development of new functionality and the correct use of customer data.
  • Lead the development roadmap, gathering requests and requirements from across the business, prioritising in line with growth targets and customer objectives, within the resource and investment budgets.
  • Managing all new developments and designs, leading the input for discovery, briefing, testing and engagement.
  • Maintaining relationships with 3rd parties.
  • Managing a team to ensure high quality of output, high technical capability and efficient working processes.
  • Working closely with eCommerce Trading team, IT teams, and marketing teams to continually improve ways of working, ways to share information and to deliver improved customer experience more efficiently.
