The Digital Marketing Manager for this business will plan and execute the digital marketing strategy, ensuring key audiences are informed about and engaged with all products / events.

General Accountabilities of this Digital Marketing Manager role:

    • Integrated Media Strategy: Define PPC and SEO targets and monitor performance across keyword lists for defined campaign and marketing activity, working closely with the broader marketing, PR and media teams to effectively integrate communications across all channels.

    • Digital Campaigns: Together with the Marketing Manager, co-develop marketing campaigns, ensuring audience-specific digital marketing tools and channels are utilised (including SEO, PPC, and programmatic) to drive visitor attendance.

    • Search Engine Optimisation: Develop and implement SEO strategies to: a) improve the site's profile and performance b) maintain/increase position in search engine results pages for designated search queries, by enhancing the content on web pages c) research what the most important keywords are in terms of converting to goal completions and establishing clear routes to goal conversion.

    • Social Media Strategy: Co-develop the social media strategy and subsequent rollout plan across key channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo)

    • Digital Content Strategy: Together with the Marketing Manager, co-develop the content strategy and subsequent rollout plan, interpreting data to inform content across web and social media, ensuring web content is in line with marketing objectives, optimised for search and that it feeds into SEO programme, WP brand & tone of voice guidelines.


  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Knowledge of other digital/social monitoring/keyword tools (e.g. SEMRush, Social Bakers) will be advantageous.

  • CIM qualification or similar professional qualification (e.g. IDM, Google Analytics Certification)

  • Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms;

  • Experience managing CRM, PPC, SEO, e-marketing and content marketing programmes

  • Exentsive social media mangement experience (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo)
