My client is an established start-up company in North West London. They're a B2C organisation and they're in huge growth meaning the progression opportunities with this business are truly fantastic. You'll be working in offices that are incredibly cool, modern and funky. They're now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analytics Manager to own and drive the optimisation of digital channel performance. You'll own/manage/optimise the sales funnel and be the business lead across the customer journey. Sounds good so far right…?
Key Accountabilities for the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager?
Lead and manage all paid-search, paid-social, and aggregator campaigns working with designated agencies and internal teams, driving effective measurement of all acquisition campaigns and traffic performance to increase ROI for digital marketing spend;
Monitor and report on digital channel performance via Google analytics, Salesforce and other systems to test/learn and optimise both on site and across digital media;
Support the on boarding of new brand initiatives, products and services across the customer journey from with a planned, considered approach;
Act as champion of on any/all further CRM system optimisation/implementation of Salesforce across that top end of customer journey;
Qualifications, experience & skills required for the Digital Marketing Analytics Manager?
A solid digital performance marketing practitioner, digitally-led with demonstrable experience in driving business metrics
Extensive experience working across a wealth of digital channels, working with and managing agency relationships and media partners;
Experience on B2C brands with a range of products and services that require differentiated strategies and therefore planning;
An in-depth understanding of the digital content space and marketing channel performance. Social media and search engine marketing, ideally with understanding of across multiple territories and channel variation;
Salesforce CRM, Pardot or Marketing Cloud experience
Drupal experience preferred but not essential
Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
