Customer Service Manager - Premium Brand - North West London - up to £40k

If you are an experienced Customer Service Manager, particularly within Hotel or Property Management and enjoy working with different products (Fashion, Luxury, Department Stores, Premium Brands, Hotels) then this could be the perfect career change! You will enjoy a trendy office to sell the best concept you will ever have!

Relationships and how to build them will be crucial in this role as you will be dealing with a variety of unique stakeholders on a daily basis. If you thrive on influencing people and use your charisma to get people on board with your business plan then this role could be, once again, "the" one!

You will have the responsibility to make sure all sites are running smoothly both from a customer experience perspective but also from a standards and operational perspective.

You will be someone who understands customer needs and wants. This is an opportunity to strategically work on emerging trends and make sure the business is up to date with what customers will also need in the future.

If you currently are an experienced Manager within Property, Hotels or Retail (Fashion, Luxury, Premium brand) and have a certain "je ne sais quoi" that makes you someone whom everyone will listen to when you enter a room, then I would love to hear from you. If you have also done something out of the normal like travelled across the globe and volunteered, worked on an exciting project, or maybe have been part of the Oxford Summer School in the past then please get in touch!
