You are an accomplished Operations Manager / Store Manager /Customer Service Manager within retail, hospitality or leisure experience who is looking for a new challenge working with a business that will reward you for your input, allow you to manage your business, grow and develop your team and achieve great results with a good bonus.

A real customer focussed individual, for who making memorable experiences comes easily. You know the secret of being a successful Store Manager is in how you go about achieving results. You are always accessible, a real people person and hugely passionate when it comes to recruiting new people and developing and empowering your team. You have never been short of business savvy and have the ability to maximise the financial performance of your store while effectively managing budgets.
