Contract Relationship Manager

Slough, Berkshire

Salary up to £75,000

Our client is a leading organisation within the hospitality and restaurant sector and off the back of a successful trading year, are investing in a newly created Contract Relationship position. The role will involve managing the relationship between the business and its suppliers, maximising the efficiency of the process of sourcing parts and managing refurbishment of equipment.

What will you be doing as Contract Relationship manager?

• Manage the strategic relationship between the business and all major suppliers
• Develop the strategy for sourcing parts to service requirements across the UK
• Provide timely data to optimise operations and aid the business in decision making
• Measure the efficiency of activities and related costs to establish appropriate targets
• Analysis and monitoring of KPIs and SLA's
• Stakeholder management across Operations, Supply Chain and Product Development

What do you need to succeed?

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of large scale tendering process and reverse logistics
• Experience managing cost on multi-million pound contracts
• Multi-site management experience
• Excellent knowledge of the supply chain process
• Experience working in a similar role within hospitality, restaurants or the retail services industry
