Compensation and Benefits Consultant - London - Interim Contract 6 months - day rate negotiable
A household name. A vast range of products. A vibrant, unique company culture. Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate and creative Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team at their Head Office in London.
I have met the line manager who made me feel welcome and part of the team straight away. She is looking for someone to run a project to look at the current salary bandings and packages give them a refresh to bring them up to date. As Compensation and Benefits Consultant you will be managing some internal projects and working with the team.

If yes this would be a great interim contract position for you!
You will ideally be familiar with Excel, Mercer and be comfortable analysing and dissecting data and creating viable solutions and plans.
Responsibilities will include:
Implementing global Compensation & Benefits guidelines nationwide.
Build national and international relationships to ensure that all decisions are understood and can be implemented thought the entire organisation.
Support the organisation on flexible up-to-date benefits system that meets the needs of the staff and ensure that communication is transparent and understanding.
Monitor salary and benchmarking trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive in the job markets and modern trends.
Partner with other areas of the organisations to contribute to national processes such as salary planning, bonus planning and initiative schemes.
