The role:

  • Researching to identify potential candidates in the digital and marketing professions, that may be of interest to our clients. These may be new contacts or those who are previously in our network.
  • Work with the candidates to understand their requirements, skills and circumstances related to their job search, providing an efficient and professional service that represents both the AdMore brand and that of our clients. you will 'match' career opportunitites on behalf of both candidate and client.
  • Offering guidance to the candidates on the full Recruitment process
  • Using influencing, sales and negotiation skills to 'sell' the various roles that AdMore represent to the shortlisted candidates.
  • Working on behalf of our clients to ensure the delivery of a high quality service in a smooth, accurate and considered way.
  • Recording accurate and compliant records, following a structure and process that benefits the whole business, including ensuring GDPR and eligibility to work checks are carried out.
  • Selling the services of AdMore Recruitment to our clients, by means of developing contacts and networking, building new relationships, meeting clients and negotiating terms of contracts.
  • Successfully managing the full Recruitment process for Digital and Marketing roles within our exising and new clients.
