Business Process Consultant - Southern Home Counties up to £90k Package!

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Projects Manager to work for this market leading international retail and hospitality business. If you are an experienced Programme/Project Manager in a Retail/Hospitality/Leisure/ or Management Consultancy environment and you are looking to accelerate your career in a role where you will not only help shape the future strategy but also help drive it's implementation through multiple project streams. This is a fast paced and innovative environment where you will be able demonstrate your commercial verve as well as your relationship building skills.

So what does the role involves?

As Projects Manager you will:

  • Help drive and shape the supply chain strategy identifying the right processes, tools and partners.

  • Will own and manage substantial budget delivering projects end to end.

  • Project manage a variety of programmes with the aim of making the business the best in the UK

  • Communicate clearly to stakeholders any changes and manage issues

  • Define, initiate and execute a variety of work streams to deliver the strategy.

What qualities will you need for this role?

  • You will be entrepreneurial in your approach being bold and innovative in identify solutions.

  • You will have experience in Programme/Project Management/Operations in a Management Consultancy or Retail/Hospitality environment

  • You will have excellent communications and stakeholder management working across a diverse business environment

  • As the Projects Manager, you will also have experience of holding budgetary responsibility and have a passion for driving results

  • You will have experienced projects that require change and very tight deadlines

  • You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership behaviours


Basic salary of up to £90,000 Car Allowance Bonus Pension Healthcare (based in Surrey)
