Are you currently a Business Development Manager looking to join a company with great integrity who is 100% focusing on customer service? You will need to be comfortable to travel across Bristol, Dorset, Wiltshire and South Wales.
Our Client has enjoyed fantastic growth in the last few years and is planning on growing even more! Their growth plan is very exciting and focusing on cleaning contractors across the UK. The Board of Directors have experience in very different industries and have used their knowledge to keep the business growing. They are based in the Oxford region but their customers are nationwide.
As a Business Development Manager you will be looking after getting on board as many partners as possible to help your Regional Directors to grow their region.
You will be responsible for generating demand, leading cross selling efforts into other regions of the entire Business Portfolio of products, services and solutions commercial cleaning. Develop market strategies and action plans by researching lists of high potential prospects.
I used the word "inspiring" earlier, this will be crucial! You will need to be someone who loves building relationships and have amazing communication skills due to the diverse stakeholders involved in your duties.
You will be someone who has experience in a Business Development and ideally in the contract catering / cleaning industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have great Account Management experience and influencing must have no secret for you.
