The business is growing internationally so this is the best time for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team! This role is crucial to building the brand further and making a name for the business by sourcing new business and providing the best training.

Where the brand is growing, the onus will be on you to find new business so if you are looking for a role with masses of autonomy then please read on.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

* have an entrepreneur mentality who is not afraid to get stuck in and not only find new franchisees but also develop and grow the business!

* be proactive in finding new business and building relationships for future potential to join the business later down the line

* be an effective problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and drive performance, ensuring the team are aware of what they need to do to achieve targets

* be inspired by the brand and use you passion and energy to sell the business to get new franchisees on board!

* have 2-3 years of experience in network development or recruitment

* be energetic, outgoing with a passion to drive the business forward
