Bid Manager

Our client is a growing company in the managed services sector, looking to add a Bid Manager to the team to support business development and the full end to end bid and tender process. The role has been created to facilitate the anticipated growth through a number of planned acquisitions.

What will you be doing?

  • Gather information and summarise the key elements and requirements of proposals through all stages of the tendering process
  • Preparing the qualitative aspects of a bid, collaborating with operational teams
  • Liaise external consultants and partners selected to contribute to the bid process
  • Development of best practice documentation
  • Assist in creating a bid debrief process to ensure continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • An experienced Bid Writer or Manager, ideally within the managed services sector
  • Attention to detail, able to review and improve processes
  • A team player and strong communicator, able to adapt to a number of different stakeholders
  • Strong IT and systems skills
