We have a fantastic Assistant Manager opportunity with a Bar operator. They are looking for ambitious leaders who are looking to work in a fast-paced and growing business within which you can motivate and lead a team. Our client is an industry leading business, with fantastic growth and progression opportunities looking for highly experienced hospitality professionals who are looking to who are wanting the autonomy to shape their role, team and operation.

What does the role of Assistant Manager involve?

You will have full responsibility and autonomy for your operation, ensuring that it is running smoothly and will be proactive in meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.
You will lead and motivate your team, improving them with training and development opportunities.
You will proactively work with Health and Safety Manager to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Reporting into the General Manager, you will report regularly on your operation.
As a people focused manager you will guide the departments in your operation to provide consistent customer service and to drive operational focus.

So what qualities will you need for this Assistant Manager role?

You will have experience managing in a fast paced pub/bar environment, and will be energised by working in such a dynamic environment. Not be afraid of working late nights and leading large teams!
You will have great communication skills and will be customer-focused.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
